I've heard Mercury is pretty popular in Japan. Maybe that's the reason why you have difficulty getting her.
Sorry for not commenting much (your entries are often about topics I don't know much about although I once started Dual Links as well (have just not continued it since the Yugi-oh game seems so complicated to me--I've only read the first volumes of the manga).
