insaneladybugAnother of the silly parody songs from the role-play, in the same vein as "Gee, Mr. Burger" and written around spring of 2012, I think. This one parodies The Battle of New Orleans. And, as I said on the post for the earlier song, I don't think the Karnage character is really nuts; I think he's so outrageous he's in a special class all his own. ;) But naturally he comes across as absolutely bonkers to most people.
In 2011 Karnage took a little trip
To Southern California on a wild, crazy tip
He broke into the courthouse and he busted through the door
Mr. Burger heard him once and didn't want to hear him more
Karnage screamed out "Me" and just-a kept comin'
Everybody's cryin' for Karnage to go on home
Mr. Burger keeps tryin' but the judge keeps prolonging
The hearing of the big conceited kook Karnage
Karnage took the whole entire courtroom by surprise
When he said he had the most amazing, shining eyes
Mr. Burger was starin' and the judge yelled "Contempt of court!"
But Karnage was undaunted and his nonsense just would not abort
Karnage screamed out "Me" and just-a kept comin'
Everybody's cryin' for Karnage to go on home
Mr. Burger keeps tryin' but the judge keeps prolonging
The hearing of the big conceited kook Karnage
Mr. Burger was desperate to bring the hearing to an end
So he could get his precious city on the mend
He called a few more witnesses, Karnage screamed "Me" a few more times,
The judge said "Let's keep on going" and Mr. Burger almost lost his mind
Karnage screamed out "Me" and just-a kept comin'
Everybody's cryin' for Karnage to go on home
Mr. Burger keeps tryin' but the judge keeps prolonging

Several months went by with no end in sight
The people were protesting with all their mind and might
Mr. Burger finally came to a good ol' compromise
He sent Karnage to a research center under doctors' watchful eyes
Karnage screamed out "Me" and the doctors came a-runnin'
They're so grateful Mr. Burger sent them this nutty guy
Karnage is happy to just keep right on staying
As long as he has his beautiful mirror wife
